§ 112.99 PENALTY.

In addition to the license revocation and seizure provisions stated in this chapter, any person or establishment that violates the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $250 and not more than $750 (or the maximum penalty imposed under the State Video Gaming Act, whichever is greater), per offense.
