§ 112.10 PROHIBITION.

Except as otherwise excepted in this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to gamble within the corporate limits of the chapter, or for any person or entity which owns, occupies or controls an establishment within the chapter to knowingly permit others to gamble on the premises.
