§ 112.09 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF VIDEO GAMING TERMINALS ON PREMISES.

(A) There shall be no more than five video gaming terminals allowed and permits issued therefore under this chapter for each licensee at any one location, other than a licensed large truck stop establishment.

(B) There shall be no more than 10 video gaming terminals allowed and permits issued therefore under this chapter for each licensee at any licensed large truck stop establishment.
