§ 50.02 NON-RESIDENT CUSTOMERS.
   (A)   (1)   Any non-resident may petition the town to be connected to the town’s wastewater utility.
         (a)   A non-resident petition for connection shall be granted or denied at the complete discretion of the Town Council.
         (b)   A petition for service shall include a waiver of objection to annexation. A petition shall be signed by all property owners/customers of the utility.
      (2)   A non-resident hookup fee of double the residential fee found in § 1 of Ord. 2008- 2, shall be charged to a non-resident whose petition is granted and elects to be connected to the wastewater utility.
      (3)   If the non-resident has no water service, the non-resident shall bear the expense of all necessary installments of acceptable metering equipment to determine proper billing for services.
      (4)   Once all previous steps are complete, the non-resident’s wastewater utility service is fully governed by Ord. 2008-2 and all amendments thereto.
   (B)   Any non-resident may petition the town to be connected to the town’s water utility.

      (3)   If the non-resident has no water service, the non-resident shall bear the expense of all necessary installments of acceptable metering equipment to determine proper billing for services.
      (4)   Once all previous steps are complete, the non-resident’s water utility service is fully governed by § 51.02(C) and all amendments thereto.
