(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Failure for any commercial tree service, homeowner, or public utility to remove said tree waste and debris, as stated in § 151.02, shall result in a written warning being issued by the Town Police Department to the party in question. If, after 24 hours of the written notice being issued, the tree waste and/or debris has not been removed by the responsible party, the Town Police Department shall issue a written ordinance violation allowing a fine up to $200 per day until the tree waste and/or debris is fully removed from the premises.
