(A) Any and all commercial tree services operating within the town limits of the town shall be required to notify the town at least 24 hours prior to any operation involving tree or tree limb removal. Said notice shall be given by contacting the Town Clerk-Treasurer and giving verbal notice; written notice may also be submitted but is not required.
(B) Following the removal or cutting of any limbs of trees, any and all commercial tree services and the contracting homeowners shall ensure that all debris and waste resulting from said removal shall be cleaned up within 24 hours of the operation taking place. It shall be the duty of the commercial tree services and homeowner, jointly, to remove such waste.
(C) In the event that tree limbs or trees are removed on behalf of a public utility, the public utility shall be responsible for any and all tree waste removal in the same manner as prescribed in division (B) above.
