§ 92.33 PREREQUISITE FOR LAWFUL DISPLAY.
   Any person desiring to have an organized display of fireworks shall comply with the following rules.
   (A)   Obtain a permit from the Chief of the Fire Department.
   (B)   Said permit must be signed by the State Fire Marshal.
   (C)   Said display must be under direct supervision of the Chief of the Fire Department.
