§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   The penalty for failure to abide by § 72.35 as set out herein and upon a finding of such violation, the violator shall be fined in a sum of $25 for the first violation hereof during any calendar year hereafter and in a sum not to exceed $100 for the second violation or subsequent violation of § 72.35 during any calendar year hereafter and in addition, any person found to be in violation of § 72.35 shall be responsible for and pay any attorney fees incurred by the town in the enforcement of § 72.35.
      (2)   In the event that any person may be found to be in violation of § 72.35 more than three times in any calendar year, the privilege of operating a golf cart in the town by that person may be suspended by the Town Council upon proper resolution thereof. For purposes of this provision, the violations necessary for the suspension of golf cart driving privileges in the town shall be considered against the golf cart being driven at the time of such violation as well.
