§ 33.06 NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (NIMS).

   (A)   NIMS will be initiated to:

      (1)   Save lives and protect the health and safety of the public, responders and recovery workers;

      (2)   Prevent an imminent incident;

      (3)   Protect and restore critical infrastructure and key resources;

      (4)   Protect property and mitigate damages and impacts to individuals, communities and the environment; and

      (5)   Facilitate recovery of individuals, families, businesses, government and the environment.

   (B)   The town will maintain NIMS standards.
