Any person or persons desiring a license for any of the devices listed in § 111.20, shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town the sum as stated in § 111.20, and the Clerk-Treasurer, on receipt of the fee shall issue and deliver to the person or persons a license stating the amount paid, place located, the time for which the license are granted, and designating whether it shall be for a shooting gallery, ball alley or the name of the machine or device to be used, the same signed by the President of the Town Council and attested by the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
