§ 111.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm or corporation to run, operate or maintain a pool room or hall in the town or to allow, permit or suffer any person to play upon any pool or billiard table or hire or otherwise within the town without first having obtained a license from the town for authority so to do.
