§ 111.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Pool and billiard rooms.  Upon the conviction of anyone violating any of the provisions of § 111.01, he or she shall be fined in the sum of $10 and that each day that he or she shall violate § 111.01 shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Shooting galleries and ball alleys. Any person or persons not being licensed in §§ 111.20 and 111.21, who shall maintain or keep for hire to be used or played upon, by other persons any shooting gallery, ball alley, machine or device for game, shall upon conviction thereof before any justice of the peace within the town, forfeit and pay to the incorporated town a fine in any sum not less than $3 nor more $10, with costs of prosecution, and each day any shooting gallery, ball alley, machine or device for game shall be maintained or kept by any person or persons contrary to the provisions of §§ 111.20 and 111.21 shall be deemed a separate offense and may be prosecuted accordingly.
