1385.11 FAMILY AND PRIVATE SWIMMING POOLS.

The provisions of Sections 1385.04 and 1385.06 through 1385.10 shall not apply in the case of a Family or Private Swimming Pool intended solely for persons of the immediate family or families of nonpaying guests, and where such pool is maintained on the premises of the homeowner or on premises adjacent to any one of a group operating a Private Swimming Pool.
