1143.10 SEVERABILITY.

If a court of competent jurisdiction declares that any section, subsection, or provision of this Planning and Zoning Code is invalid, that ruling shall not affect the validity of any other part of this Planning and Zoning Code or of this Planning and Zoning Code as a whole, which shall remain in full force and effect.
