145.05 PARK STAFF.

There is hereby created a position of Park Manager. This is a seasonal position. The Park Manager shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by Council. The Park Manager shall recommend to the Mayor for approval any and all park staff. There shall be no residency requirement of any kind connected to the position of Park Manager.
