705.03 COMMERCIAL SOLICITING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.

No person shall enter upon the lot or land of any residence situated in any Residential District, as established by the Planning and Zoning Code, for the purpose of Commercial Soliciting unless such person has registered his credentials with the Police Chief as provided in Section 705.04.
