(A) Violators of the water ban alert or emergency shall be deemed guilty of a violation and issued a citation by a county law enforcement official and issued a warning for the first violation, a $200 fine for a second violation, and a $200 fine for each additional violation.
(B) Non-compliance with any mandatory requirement of § 52.10 shall constitute a violation, the penalty for which is a fine not to exceed the sum of $250. Any person who violates the requirements of Level 4 Conservation shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 and up to 90 days imprisonment. Each day a violation of the terms of § 52.10 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
