§ 52.04 JUDGE/EXECUTIVE AUTHORIZED TO ESTABLISH OR REMOVE ALERT OR EMERGENCY.

The Judge/Executive shall have the authority to establish the alert or emergency by signing an order which establishes the alert or emergency. Said alert or emergency shall continue in effect until an order is signed by the Judge/Executive removing said alert or emergency.
