§ 52.01 AUTHORITY OF JUDGE/EXECUTIVE TO IMPLEMENT WATER BAN.
   The Fiscal Court hereby authorizes the Judge/Executive to implement a mandatory water ban/alert or a mandatory water ban/emergency when so notified by the Commissioners of the County Water District the need for such action exists.
