§ 51.004 TAMPERING WITH OR DAMAGING WASTEWATER FACILITIES.
   No person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment that is part of the district's wastewater facilities.
