§ 51.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, fined not more than $1,000.
   (B)   Any person who continues to violate the discharge provisions of this chapter, beyond the time limit provided in § 51.117, may be charged with commission of a misdemeanor and, after conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $10,000 for each day the violation continues, or may be subject to disconnection from the district's wastewater facilities. Each day or portion thereof a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 51.005 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each such offense.
