(A) The Judge/Executive will appoint administrative personnel (director, chief, department head, and the like) in accordance with § 30.05 of this title. The administrative personnel is responsible for the direct supervision of the employees of the appropriate department.
(B) The Fiscal Court shall set the number and compensation for all employees of the various departments. All employees of the various departments are covered by the Boone County Personnel Policy Manual adopted by the Fiscal Court.
