§ 30.04 PROCEDURES FOR REPORTS TO FISCAL COURT BY COUNTY AGENCIES, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND SPECIAL DISTRICTS.
   (A)   Each agency, board, commission and special district shall submit copies of meeting minutes to the Judge/Executive. These minutes will be kept on file in the Judge/Executive's office for review by the Fiscal Court.
   (B)   Where applicable, copies of annual audits for agencies, boards, commissions and special districts shall be submitted to the County Clerk and kept on file for review by the Fiscal Court.
   (C)   The Fiscal Court may request any agency, board, commission and special district to meet with the court to give an update on any programs and problems facing the agency, board, commission and special district. The agency, board, commission and special district shall be given sufficient time to gather the necessary information for such a meeting.
   (D)   During the month of July a review of files will be conducted by the Judge/Executive to insure minutes and audits are appropriately on file. In the event the appropriate information is not on file, the Judge/Executive's office will contact the agency, board, commission or special district to obtain information or reasons why the information is not on file. The Fiscal Court will be notified of any deficiencies.
