§ 70.36 SCHEDULE OF DESIGNATED ROADWAYS.

(A) It shall be lawful for any person who meets all requirements of §§ 70.30 through 70.34 and § 70.99(D), Boone County Code of Ordinances, to operate a golf cart upon designated county streets and roadways approved pursuant to this subchapter.

(B) Approved roadways for operation of golf carts are outlined in Exhibit 1 attached to Ordinance 2019-17, as amended, and are incorporated herein by reference as if set out in full.
