(A) Any person, persons, corporation or partnership who violates the provisions of § 70.01 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.

(B) Any person, corporation, or other legal entity who violates any provisions of § 70.02 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 per violation.

(C) Any person found to be in violation of the terms of § 70.03 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $500 and/or imprisoned in the County Jail for a term not to exceed 30 days and/or both.
(D) Any person violating the provisions of §§ 70.30 through 70.37 shall, upon conviction of a first offense shall be guilty of a violation and be fined not less than $100 and not more than $250. Any person convicted of a subsequent violation of §§ 70.30 through 70.37 within two years of a prior conviction under §§ 70.30 through 70.37, shall be fined not less than $250 nor more than $500.
