No person shall park or permit to be parked or left standing any vehicle upon a county, City of Union or City of Walton parking lot in spaces designated by signs or otherwise as parking for sheriff’s vehicles unless that vehicle is a marked sheriff’s vehicle, or is registered to the sheriffs department or any employee thereof who is on duty.
