No person shall park a vehicle or permit same to be parked or left standing:
(A) So that the nearest part of the vehicle is less than 20 feet from the point of juncture of any intersecting street or road; or
(B) So that the nearest part of the vehicle is less than 20 feet from the point of juncture on the opposite side from an intersecting street or road where on road meets another at a right angle (T intersection).
