§ 152.01 DELIVERING MOBILE HOMES; PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, corporation, or associations to deliver a mobile home to any location within this county, without first obtaining a permit from the Planning and Zoning Board authorizing its intended location.

§ 152.99 PENALTY.

Any person, persons, corporation, or associations violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
