§ 96.14 REMOVAL OF TREES OR VEGETATION PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.

It shall be unlawful to cut or remove any trees, flowers or vegetation from within the boundaries of the parks, except when required for reasons of public safety or maintenance, and then only by Parks Department personnel, or agents/contractors of the Parks Department and utility companies.
