§ 151.53 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)    Unless otherwise provided herein, it shall be unlawful for the owner of any structure to fail, neglect or refuse to repair, alter or improve the same, or to vacate and close and demolish and remove the same, upon order of the Housing Inspector duly made and served as herein provided, within the time specified in the order, and each day that any failure, neglect, or refusal to comply with the order continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   When the Housing Inspector finds that a building is unfit for human habitation or unsafe within the meaning of this chapter and has notified the owner to this effect and the time limit set by the Housing Inspector for the correction of defects or vacating same has expired, no person shall receive rentals, offer for rent or occupy the structure, and each day the offense continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
