§ 151.53  VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Unless otherwise provided herein, it shall be unlawful for the owner of any building to fail, neglect or refuse to repair, alter or improve the same, or to vacate and close and demolish and remove the same, upon order of the Inspector duly made and served as herein provided, within the time specified in the order, and each day that any failure, neglect, or refusal to comply with the order continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   When the Inspector finds that a building is unfit for human habitation or dangerous within the meaning of this chapter and has notified the owner to the effect and the time limit set by the Inspector for the correction of defects or vacating same has expired, no person shall receive rentals, offer for rent or occupy the building unfit as a human habitation, and each day the offense continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
