§ 151.21 GARBAGE STORAGE OR DISPOSAL FACILITIES.
    Every dwelling unit or multi-family dwelling shall be supplied with an approved garbage disposal unit (mechanical sink grinder) in each dwelling unit; or an incinerator unit, to be approved by the Housing Inspector, in the structure for the use of the occupants of each dwelling unit, or an approved outside garbage can as required by Ch. 91 of this code of ordinances.
