§ 50.287 EXTENSIONS OF SERVICE TO DEVELOPED PROPERTY WITHIN THE TOWN.
   Consistent with the requirements of §§ 50.105 through 50.124 herein, upon the request of a property owner whose in-town property is not served by a water or sewer line, the town shall extend, at its expense, its water and sewer mains to serve already developed property, unless it determines that the extension is unreasonable for the following reasons:
   (A)   The cost of service extensions is excessive in terms of the number of customers to be served or because of topographical engineering, technical or other problems;
   (B)   The provision of service will adversely affect the supply of water to other customers; and/or
   (C)   Other good and sufficient reason.
