12-761: CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN REQUIRED:
When land disturbing activity is proposed in areas where the natural slope equals or exceeds thirty percent (30%), the Planning Director, Hearing Examiner, board or Zoning Commission may require a conceptual engineering plan as part of a subdivision, conditional use permit or variance application. The plan shall be developed by an Idaho licensed civil engineer, and shall depict proposed building sites, road and driveway grades, profiles and cross sections, and the slope and location of cuts and fills. The purpose of this plan is to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed subdivision design and to illustrate the nature and extent of earthwork required for site preparation and construction.
