12-128: APPEALS FROM FINAL DECISION OF HEARING EXAMINER:
Any "affected person", as defined by Idaho Code title 67, chapter 65, may present an appeal of the final decision of the hearing examiner to the Board. The appeal is subject to the same procedures and standards as established in section 12-262 of this title for appeals from final decisions of the zoning commission. (Ord. 501, 11-18-2008; amd.
