§ 114.41 MISREPRESENTATION OF AGE BY FALSE OR ALTERED DOCUMENTATION.
   No person shall represent his or her age either orally or in writing, or by presenting false or altered documentation of age for the purpose of inducing any person to sell him or her low-point beer.
