§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 114.40 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code, or by appropriate community service not to exceed 20 hours.
