(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall tear down, or begin the tearing down, of any house or building within the town limits without having first procured permit therefor, as provided in §§ 90.20 through 90.24, shall be guilty of an offense against the town and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to § 10.99.
