§ 90.24 DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.
   The Public Works Director, also known as the Public Utilities Director, shall be designated as the Administrative Officer to carry out the duties of the governing body as specified in this subchapter, and as set forth pursuant to 11 O.S. § 22-112(B).
