§ 73.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Every person convicted of a violation of any provision of §§ 73.01 through 73.13 shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (C)   (1)   Failure to pay the registration fee, failure to register the ATV or golf cart with the Town Hall, and/or failure to properly display the registration sticker on the ATV or golf cart, as stated in § 73.42, will constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine and costs of which will be assessed by the Municipal Judge. Bond amount for a violation of § 73.42 will be set at $100.

      (2)    Any ATV or golf cart observed on town streets at any time other than daylight hours, as stated in § 73.43, will constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine and costs of which will be assessed by the Municipal Judge. Bond amount for a violation of this section will be set at $100.

      (3)   A violation of § 73.44 will constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine and costs of which will be assessed by the Municipal Judge. Bond amount for a violation of § 73.44 will be set at $100.

      (4)   Any violation of § 73.46 will constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine and costs of which will be assessed by the Municipal Judge. Bond amount for a violation of § 73.46 will be set at $25.

      (5)   A violation of § 73.47 will constitute a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punishable by fine and costs of which will be assessed by the Municipal Judge. Bond amount for a violation of § 73.47 will be set at $100.
