(A) All persons operating an ATV or golf cart in the town limits of the town must register with the Town Hall, and place said ATV on the list of authorized vehicles. Owners/operators will provide their name, vehicle identification number, pay the registration of $25, sign the liability waiver, and display the registration sicker in a visible place on said vehicle.
(B) The registration sticker is valid for as long as the original registrant owns the vehicle. If said vehicle is transferred/sold/traded/given and the like, the new owner will need to re-register the vehicle with the Town Hall at the full cost of registration, if the vehicle is to be operated on the streets of the town. If a registration sticker becomes damaged, unreadable, lost, or stolen, the owner will need to purchase a new registration sticker from Town Hall at a fee of $5.
