Any person violating any provisions of this chapter or refusing to comply with any lawful order, signal or direction of any police officer issued in compliance with any of the rules, regulations, standards and requirements provided by the Boise Airport (Gowen Field) Security Plan, now in existence or as amended, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
