The commission shall organize and select one of its members as Chairperson, one of its members as Vice Chairperson to serve in the absence of the Chairperson, and shall appoint a Secretary who need not be a member of the commission. The members of the commission and the Secretary shall serve and act without compensation except that their actual and necessary expenses shall be allowed by the Council. The Secretary shall keep a record of all meetings and proceedings of the commission and shall perform all services that may be required by the commission. (Ord. 22-13, 7-23-2013)
