6-15-2: OFF STREET USE PROHIBITED:
No person shall operate or ride a motorcycle within the City limits except upon a street, alley or private road having access to a street or alley. Any person found in violation of this section shall be guilty of an infraction and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-2 of this code. (1952 Code § 10-15-02; amd. Ord. 21-23, 6-6-2023)
