5-15-8: SEVERABILITY:
If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter, or any part thereof, is held to be unconstitutional, otherwise unlawful, void or unenforceable to any extent for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, that decision shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining portions of this chapter, or any part thereof.
