5-5-2-4: PENALTY:
Unless otherwise specified, a violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1952 Code § 6-10-03.02; amd. 2019 Code; Ord. 21-23, 6-6-2023)
