Any person under twenty one (21) years of age who shall purchase, attempt to purchase, consume or otherwise possess any alcohol beverage, including any distilled spirits, beer or wine, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished according to the schedule set out in Idaho Code section 18-1502, which is hereby adopted by the City, as presently in effect or as may hereafter be amended, for the limited purpose of providing penalties for this section only.
