Commission Created: The Boise Districting Commission is hereby created with the purpose of establishing the City Council Seat Districts and updating such districts every ten (10) years or sooner if necessary, as set forth in Boise City Code title 1, chapter 9 and this chapter in accordance with all applicable laws and available federal decennial census data.
