A. Misdemeanor: Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such hereunder. (1952 Code § 10-23-07.3; amd. 2019 Code)
B. Criminal Penalty Additional: Criminal penalties shall be in addition to, and not considered in lieu of, any action taken to deny, suspend or revoke a license held under this chapter. (1952 Code § 10-23-07.3)
