3-16-8-2: COMPLIANCE CHECKS:
Law enforcement personnel are authorized to conduct compliance checks of any and all requirements contained in this chapter. Failure to allow law enforcement personnel to verify compliance may result in suspension, denial or revocation of the tow license issued pursuant to this chapter. (1952 Code § 10-23-07.2)
