3-16-8-1: AUTHORIZED FEE FOR VIN INSPECTION:
The police are authorized to collect a fee in such amount as established by the City Council per VIN inspection from the party requesting the inspection to cover administrative expenses. (1952 Code § 10-23-07.1; amd. 2019 Code)
